low income, Latino, rural parents of kids with 95th percentile to
action team, or regularly checking with these folks about planning and
implementation via presentations to target school PTO meetings. |

Intervention: Promoting active community environment by creating a greenway
including canoe launch sites along the Catawba River and writing a pedestrian

Marion, applied for grant for canoe put-in on county land, wrote greenway
