Pioneering Healthier Communities (PHC) asks you to comment on NC DOT’s statewide complete streets policy. View the “Preliminary Complete Streets Planning and Design Guidelines Framework,” read PHC’s summary and a list of key concerns about the document and take the survey (links are all on the PHC blog site.
